Associate Director

Prosben Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Associate Director with a strong focus on operations and internal controls to join our Singapore team.

This role is a key member of the management team, responsible for driving operational efficiency, strengthening internal control frameworks, and ensuring effective cross-functional and cross-border coordination across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate daily operations across the Sales and Administration functions

Establish, implement, and continuously improve internal control frameworks and operational processes

Drive cross-functional alignment across business, operations, and support teams to ensure consistency and efficiency

Lead cross-border communication and coordination across regional teams (e.g. Singapore, Taiwan, China), ensuring alignment and transparency

Manage and monitor project execution to ensure compliance with timelines, budgets, and internal control standards

Act as a key liaison between business and finance functions, ensuring effective management of collections, payments, cost control, and data integrity

Monitor operational performance and provide regular analysis with actionable improvement recommendations

Develop and standardise SOPs to enhance operational consistency and scalability

Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations

Mentor and guide team members to strengthen execution capabilities and organisational stability

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role

Proven experience in operations management, internal controls, or cross-functional coordination

Experience in trading, supply chain, or manufacturing industries is highly preferred

Demonstrated ability to work with cross-border teams and manage multi-cultural communication effectively

Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and drive practical solutions

Solid understanding of cost control, process optimisation, and financial fundamentals

Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to bridge business and support functions

Detail-oriented, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
