Associate Institutional Sales Representative - Global Markets

You will drive incremental trading volume and market share for the Global Markets business with crypto native firms such as protocols, venture capital firms and other buy-side clients. You will be the first point of contact for all things global markets to multiple client segments and you will solve their needs quickly by leveraging your internal relationships. You will establish sales methodologies and sales operational processes to improve the go to market posture. You will help inform the targeted go-to-market strategy including marketing, business operations and client experience. You will lead client or product specific campaigns or projects that will drive new business and strengthen the offering through market insights, curated content for client segments, or teach-ins. You will act as a brand ambassador at industry events, building a network of clients and industry peers. You will collaborate across departments, from legal to product, client experience and compliance, to effectively close deals and provide the best experience to our clients. You may be a fit for this role if you have 3-5 years of work experience in sales trading or prime brokerage sales, at least 2+ years of direct experience in the crypto industry, strong technical knowledge and passion for blockchain and cryptocurrencies including staking and governance, a strong network of institutional clients, and you enjoy working in a fast paced startup environment. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of work experience in sales trading or prime brokerage sales
  • 2+ years direct experience in the crypto industry
  • Strong technical knowledge and passion for blockchain and cryptocurrencies including staking and governance
  • Strong network of institutional clients and peers active in digital assets
  • Ability to work in a fast paced startup environment
  • Excellent communication skills, relationship management and sales acumen
