Associate Manufacturing Engineer

💰Salary: $2900-4500/month

🕘 Working Day: Mon to Fri + Alternate Sat

Working Hours:

Fixed Shift

• Morning: 6.45am to 3.15pm
• Afternoon: 2.45pm to 11.15pm (+ $10/ day shift allowance, average $220/month)
• Night: 10.45pm to 7.15am (+ $15/day shift allowance, average $330/month)

Key Responsibilities

• Independently assemble, integrate, and test electromechanical and pneumatic systems in accordance with engineering specifications.
• Execute production testing and verification activities to ensure compliance with quality, performance, and reliability standards.
• Perform systematic troubleshooting, fault isolation, diagnostics, and repair of assembly and test failures.
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, work instructions, and bills of materials (BOMs).
• Maintain accurate production records, including test results, manufacturing documentation, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify process inefficiencies, quality concerns, and improvement opportunities, escalating issues when necessary.
• Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Nitec/ Diploma in Engineering or related discipline
• Prior experience in assembly/testing will be an advantage
