About the Role
Join a leading precision engineering and aerospace manufacturing company supporting the semiconductor business segment. This role is ideal for candidates with Customer Service, Customer Support, Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or Customer Quality experience who have experience liaising directly with customers and handling quality-related matters.

Key Responsibilities
β€’ Act as the main point of contact for customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
β€’ Provide prompt technical and product-related support to customers
β€’ Gather and communicate customer feedback regarding product quality, delivery, and service issues
β€’ Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns and drive improvement initiatives
β€’ Support customer satisfaction and quality improvement activities
β€’ Perform failure analysis on defective products and prepare investigation reports (training provided)
β€’ Lead containment and corrective actions during quality incidents or customer escalations
β€’ Support defect management, troubleshooting, and crisis management activities
β€’ Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and customer requirements
