Associate / Senior Associate, Accounting & Payroll

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Full set of accounts and closing of accounts;
  • Perform reconciliation between records and investigation on discrepancies.
  • Quarterly GST filing;
  • Perform analysis on financial statement for management reporting;
  • Preparation of Statutory report (Financial Statements and Notes to the accounts)
  • Manage portfolio and client expectation to ensure timely completion of various project deadline ;
  • Process payroll such as payroll computation, CPF submission, preparation of IR8A / IR21
  • Provide guidance and support to Assistants
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned to meet the needs of the organization.


Requirements:

  • Min Diploma / Degree in accounting / ACCA
  • Minimum 2 – 5 years relevant experience
  • Independent, organized and meticulous
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Words
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environmen
