Asst HR Manager
**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function and drive strategic people initiatives. This role will oversee the full spectrum of HR operations whilst fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture that supports our diverse workforce and business objectives.
**Job Description**
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement programmes
• Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with Employment Act and MOM regulations
• Lead organisational development initiatives, succession planning, and learning and development programmes to build workforce capabilities
• Manage employee relations matters, workplace investigations, and grievance resolution whilst promoting fair employment practices
**Job Requirements**
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation, MOM guidelines, and TAFEP fair employment practices
• Proven track record in strategic HR planning, change management, and stakeholder engagement across diverse teams
• Professional HR certification (e.g., IHRP, SHRM, CIPD) preferred; excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
