Director, Human Resources

We are seeking an experienced HR leader to drive human capital strategies, organisational development, and workforce transformation initiatives within a dynamic and forward-looking organisation.

This role oversees the full spectrum of strategic HR functions, partnering closely with senior leadership to strengthen workforce capabilities, talent pipelines, and employee engagement while ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and governance standards.

Job Description

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals and long-term workforce needs
• Lead workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives
• Drive recruitment and employer branding strategies to attract and retain top talent
• Oversee performance management, career development, and leadership development frameworks
• Lead learning and development initiatives to strengthen organisational capabilities and employee growth
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary matters in line with governance requirements
• Champion employee engagement, wellness, and workplace culture initiatives
• Oversee compensation and benefits strategies while balancing competitiveness and sustainability
• Partner with senior stakeholders to support organisational transformation and people-related initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across HR policies, systems, and processes

Requirements

• Singaporean Only
• Degree in Human Resource, Business, or related discipline
• Extensive experience in strategic HR leadership and organisational development
• Strong background in workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement
• Experience leading HR transformation and capability-building initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
