Audio / Video Manager
- Oversee and support A/V operations across assigned hotels, resorts, convention centers, and event venues.
- Establish and maintain regional operational standards, policies, and best practices.
- Conduct regular site visits and operational audits to ensure service excellence and compliance
- Ensure successful planning and execution of meetings, conferences, weddings, exhibitions, and corporate events.
- Support property teams with complex technical requirements and event production needs.
- Standardize event technology processes and workflows across the region.
- Recruit, train, coach, and mentor property-based A/V Managers and technical teams.
- Develop training programs focused on technical skills, customer service, safety, and operational excellence.
- Build strong relationships with hotel leadership teams, event planners, corporate clients, and venue partners.
- Oversee regional inventory management and asset utilization.
- Ensure proper maintenance, repair, and replacement of A/V equipment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and hospitality industry standards.
- Conduct safety audits and risk assessments.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Audio Visual, Event Technology, or Hospitality Operations.
- Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Experience supporting multiple hospitality venues or regional operations is preferred.
- Strong background in hotel, resort, convention center, or conference venue operations.
