Entertainment Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage daily and seasonal entertainment programs, shows, and special events
- Oversee the execution of live performances, themed events, and community-style activities
- Establish entertainment schedules, staffing plans, and operational procedures
- Coordinate closely with AV, technical teams, performers, and external contractors to ensure seamless event delivery
- Supervise entertainment staff, performers, and contracted instructors; provide training, guidance, and performance feedback
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, training, and disciplinary processes for entertainment team members
- Ensure high standards of guest interaction, engagement, and satisfaction at all entertainment venues
- Manage sound checks, rehearsals, stage readiness, and show quality control
- Support the preparation of entertainment marketing materials, schedules, and program information
- Maintain accurate records, reports, contracts, and documentation related to entertainment operations
- Assist in budget planning, cost control, and monitoring of entertainment-related expenses
- Prepare purchase requisitions and manage supplies and equipment
- Stay up to date with entertainment trends and guest preferences to continuously enhance programming
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and hygiene regulations
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Entertainment Management, Events, or a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field is preferred
- Strong background in Entertainment and Event Operations
- Good working knowledge of Audio-Visual systems and live event technical requirements
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and manage diverse teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Strong guest-focused mindset with a passion for creating memorable experiences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
