Automotive Loan Admin Executive
Job Descriptions
- Handle documentation for block discounting and other financing facilities.
- Collect hire purchase instalment payments and follow up on outstanding accounts.
- Prepare payment instructions, reminders, and notification letters for customers.
- Review, update, and monitor system reports daily.
- Perform daily extraction and downloading of bank statements.
- Handle incoming calls and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage insurance matters including new purchases, renewals, and related follow-ups.
- Assist with floor stock management and inventory tracking.
- Respond promptly to urgent changes in arrangements.
- Support ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with the ability to handle and analyze financial data accurately.
