You will lead the development of intelligent behavior planning and decision-making systems for autonomous trucks and taxis. Technology
You will apply advanced techniques such as reinforcement learning, transformers, VLA and other ML models to solve complex cases in autonomous vehicle systems. Leadership
You will build and grow a high-performing engineering team (initially 5–6 people) and set the technical direction in a rapidly evolving domain.* Have proven experience in planning and behavior systems for autonomous transport * Strong coding proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (Jax, TensorFlow, PyTorch) * Proven expertise in visual reasoning, scene understanding, or related areas within autonomous driving, robotics, or computer vision * Have hands-on experience with RL, transformers, or related ML architectures * Possess leadership experience in forming and mentoring engineering teams * Have B2 English and fluent Chinese* Have experience with advanced training techniques, such as Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) or Reinforcement Learning (RL) for language/vision models * Possess a background in autonomous vehicle perception, motion planning, or decision-making systems * Hold a PhD in a relevant field
