As an Azure + Databricks Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on designing and building data infrastructure and systems to enable efficient data processing and analysis. You will be responsible for developing and implementing data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation solutions.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity. You will use critical thinking to break down complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will focus on leveraging advanced technologies and techniques to design and develop robust data solutions for clients. Your work will contribute to the broader objectives of your projects and the overall strategy, helping to drive business growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

- Designing and implementing data pipelines and integration solutions to support efficient data processing and analysis
- Developing robust data infrastructure and systems using Azure and Databricks platforms
- Transforming raw data into actionable insights to drive informed decision-making and business growth
- Collaborating with clients to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Utilizing Apache Airflow and Directed Acyclic Graphs (DAGs) for workflow management and automation
- Applying data modeling techniques to optimize data architecture and enhance data quality
- Managing database administration tasks, including optimization and security best practices
- Leveraging Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure for scalable data solutions
- Conducting data validation and quality checks to maintain data integrity
- Mentoring junior team members and guiding them in technical and professional development
- Navigating complex data engineering challenges and providing innovative solutions
- Building and maintaining client relationships to foster trust and collaboration

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics
