As a Data & Automation Senior Associate, you will focus on utilizing advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will leverage your skills in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to support clients in solving complex business problems. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward is unclear.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will respond effectively to diverse perspectives and needs, using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, using reflection to enhance your strengths and address development areas. By interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, you will uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, contributing to the firm's overall strategy and success.
Responsibilities
- Leveraging advanced analytics techniques to extract insights from large datasets and support data-driven decision-making
- Utilizing data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to solve complex business problems
- Building and maintaining meaningful client connections to understand and anticipate their needs
- Managing and inspiring team members to deliver quality work in complex situations
- Navigating ambiguity by asking questions and using these moments as opportunities for growth
- Developing and deploying data visualization and analytics solutions using tools like Power BI and Alteryx
- Confirming data integrity and security within analytics frameworks
- Conducting research and analysis to inform insights and recommendations
- Creating dashboards and reports to communicate data-driven insights effectively
- Integrating and validating data from various sources to enhance data quality and accuracy
What You Must Have
- At least a graduate / post graduate or the equivalent degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance
- Power Automate or Power Apps: Intermediate to advanced proficiency – familiar with PowerApps, can create applications and will be able to create new as well as edit existing power apps
- At least one of the following: A Certification in databases (Databricks, MS SQL), visualization tools (Power BI), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS)
- Demonstrating proficiency in Alteryx for automation and data processing
- Utilizing advanced skills in data visualization with Power BI
- Excelling in complex data analysis and predictive modeling using Python
- Developing comprehensive dashboards and reports to inform strategic decisions
- Navigating ambiguity and delivering quality solutions in dynamic environments
