We are looking for an efficient, hygiene-focused Cook / Kitchen Crew member to craft beautiful plant-based dishes and champion our healthy food mission!
π Role Mission & Key Responsibilities
As a vital part of our culinary team, you will manage back-of-house operations to drive food quality, consistency, and strict kitchen hygiene standards across our unique multi-concept food station layouts.
- π³ Food Preparation: Prepare grains, plant-based proteins, stir-fry items, and signature sauces accurately according to brand recipes.
- β¨ Quality Control: Ensure strict consistency in taste, precise portioning, and beautiful plate presentation for every single order.
- π§Ό Kitchen Sanitation: Maintain ultimate kitchen cleanliness, workstation organization, and deep sanitation standards at all times.
- π¦ Inventory Management: Follow strict FIFO (First-In, First-Out) practices, proper labelling, accurate dating, and efficient stock rotation.
- π« Dietary Integrity: Ensure strict vegan food handling protocols and zero cross-contamination to protect our diners and concept identity.
π οΈ Requirements & Qualifications
- Eligibility: Singaporeans, Permanent Residents (PR), or Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) holders are preferred and will have an added advantage
- Experience: Preferably with similar concept experience (plant-based, fast-casual, or high-volume kitchens). Fresh but passionate candidates welcome!
- Certifications: Possess a valid WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (Required). π
- Schedule: Able to commit to a 5.5-day work week shift structure, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays. β°
