Back Process Maintenance Technician (Tuas)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Department: Back Process Maintenance (BPM)

Report to: Section head of BPM

Functional Relationships with: Production, Product & Process Engineering, QA, Procurement

POSITION PROFILE:

Based in: Singapore

Job Site: Tuas

The successful candidate will be in-charge of and support all equipment- and process-related activities, such as maintenance, installation, debugging, troubleshooting, evaluation, and reporting.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintenance activities for equipment, including BM, PM, and CM, where necessary.

• Hands-on for equipment installation & wiring.

• Deployment of improvement to production machines.

• Support Equipment Debugging / Trouble Shooting

• Support factory automation process & improvement.

• Ensure activity compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, specifications and maintain process ISO system.

ABILITY/COMPETENCY REQUIRED:

• NITEC/Higher NITEC/Work Study Diploma/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Mechanical/Automation Engineering

• Strong interpersonal skills, analytical

• Able to work well as a team player while being independent and pro-active

• Positive attitude in challenging work environment

• Able to perform hands on job

• Able to work in rotating 12hrs shift or Normal shift
