Backend Staff

Job Responsibilities:

As Backend Staff, your primary duties will include:

• Providing tele-consultation support
• Handling patient queries via phone and email
• Managing administrative tasks as required
• Assisting with medical record management
• Coordinating with medical staff and patients

Remote Work Arrangements

You will be working remotely full-time. AspenHealth will provide the necessary
communication platform and software for you to perform your duties effectively from
home. This includes:

• A company simcard & whatsapp account
• Access to our secure telemedicine platform
• Company whatsapp groups

You are expected to maintain a stable internet connection and a quiet, professional
work environment.
