Bank UX Designer (1 Year) #ESY

• Understand needs: Identify UX requirements across products and translate insights into clear user goals.

• Collaborate: Work with Product Owners, BAs, and design partners.

• Create journeys: Convert business or technical recommendations into actual customer journeys or screens and suggest the proper UX implementation.

• Plan delivery: Accurately estimate work effort and timelines based on design scope.

• Design solutions: Produce wireframes, flows, application screens, and interactive Figma prototypes.

• Ideate: Ground decisions in UX heuristics, usability principles, and user needs.

• Leverage tools: Use Figma and JIRA to collaborate with product and engineering teams. Figma mastery is a must.

• Build UI components: Design interface elements consistent with our Design System.

• Maintain design consistency: Ensure proper use and maintenance of Figma components and adherence to the Design System.

• Create user aligned content: Collaborate with other teams to design EDMs, banners, and informational content that communicate effectively and align with UX principles of clarity, hierarchy, and user guidance.

• Align and advocate: articulate UX rationale in stakeholder friendly language

• Perform DQA: conduct systematic checks to verify that implemented screens maintain the integrity and intent of the original design.
