Barista (5.5 workdays per week)
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to standard recipes
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Take customer orders and handle payments accurately
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service
- Maintain cleanliness of the café, including workstations, equipment, and seating areas
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory replenishment
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Assist in opening and closing duties of the outlet
- Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary
- Prepare simple food items or light snacks
- Support promotional activities or new product launches
Requirements
- Singaporean and PR only
- Able to work on Weekends and Public Holidays
- Able to commit 5.5 workdays per week
- Prior barista experience is an advantage
- A detailed eye for cleanliness and presentation
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to high-pressure situations
- Passion to provide outstanding and positive customer experience
- Out going and strong personality, positive attitude and effective communication skills.
- Must be efficient and well organized
- Must be creative and open to preparing new drinks
