Barista (5.5 workdays per week)

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to standard recipes
  • Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently
  • Take customer orders and handle payments accurately
  • Provide friendly and attentive customer service
  • Maintain cleanliness of the café, including workstations, equipment, and seating areas
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory replenishment
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
  • Assist in opening and closing duties of the outlet
  • Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary
  • Prepare simple food items or light snacks
  • Support promotional activities or new product launches

Requirements

  • Singaporean and PR only
  • Able to work on Weekends and Public Holidays
  • Able to commit 5.5 workdays per week
  • Prior barista experience is an advantage
  • A detailed eye for cleanliness and presentation
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to high-pressure situations
  • Passion to provide outstanding and positive customer experience
  • Out going and strong personality, positive attitude and effective communication skills.
  • Must be efficient and well organized
  • Must be creative and open to preparing new drinks
