Bartendar
Greet customers warmly and engage with them in a friendly and professional manner.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately.
Maintain stock levels and restock the bar with supplies when needed.
Clean the bar area, including glasses, utensils, and bar equipment.
Handle cash and process payments using a point-of-sale system.
Recommend drinks based on customer preferences and promote drink specials.
Monitor customer alcohol consumption and take action to ensure a safe environment.
Work with other staff members to ensure smooth service operations.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred (1–2 years ideal).
Bartending certification or alcohol awareness training (optional but advantageous).
Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology, and bar equipment.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills for handling cash and making change.
