Bartendar

  • Greet customers warmly and engage with them in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately.

  • Maintain stock levels and restock the bar with supplies when needed.

  • Clean the bar area, including glasses, utensils, and bar equipment.

  • Handle cash and process payments using a point-of-sale system.

  • Recommend drinks based on customer preferences and promote drink specials.

  • Monitor customer alcohol consumption and take action to ensure a safe environment.

  • Work with other staff members to ensure smooth service operations.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred (1–2 years ideal).

  • Bartending certification or alcohol awareness training (optional but advantageous).

  • Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology, and bar equipment.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic math skills for handling cash and making change.

  • Friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor.

  • Attention to detail and cleanliness.
