BARTENDER

We are looking for a friendly and skilled Bartender to prepare and serve quality beverages while delivering excellent customer service. The successful candidate will maintain a clean and organized bar, manage stock responsibly, and ensure compliance with food safety and responsible alcohol service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and quality standards
• Provide friendly and professional customer service, including recommending drinks and upselling menu items
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of the bar area
• Process customer orders and payments accurately using the POS system
• Monitor responsible alcohol service and verify customers' age where required
• Assist with inventory counts and minimize stock wastage
• Work closely with the bar and service team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

• Previous bartending or food & beverage service experience is preferred
• Knowledge of cocktails, beverages, and drink preparation techniques
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
