Bar Manager

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar. The successful candidate will lead the bar team, ensure exceptional customer service, maintain high operational standards, and drive sales while ensuring compliance with food safety and liquor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily bar operations to ensure efficient and smooth service
  • Lead, train, supervise, and schedule bartenders and bar staff
  • Maintain high standards of beverage quality, presentation, and customer service
  • Manage inventory, stock ordering, cost control, and minimize wastage
  • Monitor sales performance and implement promotions to increase revenue
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, workplace safety, and liquor licensing regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in bar operations, with supervisory or management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
  • Good knowledge of cocktails, beverages, inventory management, and cost control
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
