What You'll Do

• Provide professional consultations to understand clients' facial, body, hair, and scalp concerns, recommend suitable treatment programmes and home-care solutions, and guide clients with personalised care advice throughout their wellness journey.

• Deliver facial, body, hair, and scalp treatments in accordance with established protocols, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and exceptional treatment experience while monitoring progress and recommending appropriate follow-up care.

• Build strong client relationships through outstanding customer service, proactively managing the end-to-end client experience to enhance satisfaction, retention, and treatment outcomes.

• Confidently recommend treatment packages and retail products tailored to clients' needs, contributing to the achievement of individual and team sales targets through ethical and consultative selling.

• Maintain high standards of operational excellence by ensuring treatment room cleanliness, hygiene and regulatory compliance, managing inventory and stock levels, and supporting daily clinic operations for seamless service delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in beauty therapy, facial treatments, hair spa, or scalp treatments.

• Strong consultation and customer service skills with a passion for helping clients achieve results.

• Sales-oriented with the ability to recommend suitable treatments and products confidently.

• Experience in trichology or scalp therapy is an advantage.

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-player mindset.
