Job Summary
The Aesthetics Consultant cum Therapist delivers medi-spa treatments and drives revenue through client consultations, treatment recommendations, and sales of packages, requiring hands-on experience in non-doctor aesthetic treatments and strong client engagement skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of medi-spa treatments and facial services following established protocols
- Conduct professional skin assessments and tailor treatment consultations to individual client needs and goals
- Recommend, upsell, and cross-sell treatment packages, prepayment plans, promotions, and retail products to maximize client value
- Convert new leads into paying clients and build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business
- Consistently achieve individual sales, service, and commission targets through effective consultation and closing skills
- Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and appointment schedules to ensure seamless service delivery
- Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and medi-spa standards comply with SOPs and hygiene requirements for client safety
- Deliver excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and promote positive clinic reputation
- Stay updated on current treatments, technologies, pricing, and clinic promotions to provide informed recommendations
- Introduce and recommend subsidiary medical clinic services to suitable clients and refer them to doctors for professional consultation when appropriate
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior experience in aesthetics, beauty, spa, or wellness industry preferred
- Sales-driven with effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients confidently
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude to foster a welcoming environment
- Able to work retail hours, including Saturdays, to meet client scheduling needs
- Team player with a proactive mindset to contribute positively to the clinic team
