BEAUTY CENTRE MANAGER
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the beauty shop
- Monitor and manage the shop's finances, including budgeting, bookkeeping, and payroll
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products and services
- Ensure that the beauty shop complies with all health and safety regulations
- Ensure the cleanliness of the beauty shop, that it is organized, and well-maintained
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that arise
- Train new staff members and provide ongoing training and development for existing staff
