Sales & Business

  • Achieve monthly sales targets.

Team Management

Operations

  • Oversee daily outlet operations.

Inventory & Finance

  • Monitor stock levels.
  • Order products and supplies.
  • Manage cash and payments.
  • Reconcile daily sales.
  • Control operating costs.

Administration

  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare required reports.
  • Support company initiatives.
  • Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Relevant beauty experience.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong sales and leadership skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Customer-focused and responsible.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
