Beauty Therapist Supervisor
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the spa and beauty therapists.
- Schedule staff duties and ensure adequate manpower allocation.
- Train and guide new beauty therapists on treatment procedures and customer service standards.
- Monitor service quality and hygiene standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer enquiries, appointments and feedback professionally.
- Assist in recommending suitable beauty and wellness treatments to customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the ordering of products and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety and hygiene regulations.
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain treatment records.
- Coordinate with management on promotional activities and business development initiatives.
