BIM Coordinator (Architecture - LTA Projects)

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with architects and team members to develop and deliver BIM Execution Plans.

• Ensure projects comply with BIM guidelines and relevant government regulatory requirements.

• Manage BIM processes, implementation methods, best practices, and related tools.

• Create BIM design models and documentation.

• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture with at least 3 years of industry experience.

• Minimum 3 years of BIM (Revit) project implementation experience.

• At least 2–4 completed Revit projects.

• Strong knowledge and experience in Autodesk Building Design Suite software, especially Revit Architecture.

• Autodesk Revit Certified Professional (or equivalent certification) is required.
