About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Recruiter who will be responsible for hiring top-performing sales professionals across inside sales, field sales, and channel sales functions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to close positions within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, identify, and engage potential candidates for sales positions through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.

  • Screen profiles, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidate fit based on sales competencies.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles—from requirement gathering and sourcing to offer negotiation and closure.

  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

  • Build and maintain a strong sales talent pipeline for high-volume and niche hiring.

  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.

  • Track recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, pipeline health) and provide regular updates.

  • Maintain strong relationship management with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
