BMC Helix Engineer (L2)

Role Summary

Support and administer BMC Helix ITSM and ITOM platforms in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request and CMDB modules
  • Configure workflows, forms, service catalogues, dashboards and reports
  • Manage monitoring events, alert correlation and automated ticketing
  • Support integrations with AD, CMDB and external applications
  • Perform upgrades, patching and platform troubleshooting
