Boutique or Counter Manager (S$3000-S$3500 + Allowances + Guaranteed Commission) Town
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of beauty advisors, ensuring high standards of service and performance
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Oversee the maintenance of the facilities, equipment, and inventory to ensure a clean, safe, and well-stocked environment
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and industry regulations
- Collaborate with the wider team to contribute to the overall success and growth of the business
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets
- Hands-on experience in managing a team and developing their skills and performance
- Thorough understanding of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
