Receptionist (Full-time)

Responsibilities

  • Manage phone calls and attend to client inquiries
  • Call, schedule and remind customers to confirm their appointment
  • Introduce promotional offers
  • Provide administrative, co-ordination and any other relevant support to the marketing team
  • Contribute to marketing effectiveness by supporting the campaigns and promotions on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Google
  • Provide good customer service

Requirements

  • 5.5 days work week (Monday to Friday: 11AM to 8PM, Saturday: 10AM to 2PM)
  • Basic PC skills required
  • Sales and/or Customer Service background would be an added advantage
  • Friendly and warm personality
  • Able to start work within short notice / immediately preferred
  • No experience required
