Box Office Representative

  • Accurately process ticket transactions using the Ticketmaster ticketing system, including sales, exchanges, and refunds. Ensure proper collection of payment and documentation for all guests attending shows.
  • Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance to guests regarding show schedules, seating options, and ticket availability. Resolve ticketing issues efficiently to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Collaborate with the casino marketing team to manage the distribution and processing of VIP and complimentary casino tickets. Maintain accurate records of all VIP transactions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ticketing discrepancies, technical issues, and guest concerns with professionalism and urgency.
  • Create and maintain a positive working environment
  • Troubleshoot all ticketing issues

  • High School Diploma/GED.

  • Entertainment experience preferred.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Ability to work with the public and enjoy customer interactions.

  • Good speaking voice and quick thinking ability.

  • Ability to work as part of a team and get along with co-workers.

  • Flexibility to work any day of the week and any shift.

  • Well-groomed appearance meeting company standards.

  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.

  • Physical ability to maneuver throughout event areas and stand for long periods.

  • Ability to bend, crouch, stoop, kneel, crawl, twist, and balance when interacting with guests

  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

  • Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.

  • Tolerance for areas containing secondary smoke.
