Building maintenance Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance works for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues including water leakage, pipe blockage, and sanitary fittings defects.
• Install and maintain water supply systems, drainage systems, pumps, valves, and sanitary fixtures.
• Conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance of plumbing systems.
• Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and project requirements.
• Attend to emergency breakdowns and rectify defects promptly.
• Coordinate with supervisors, contractors, and other technicians on site works.
