Business analysis Manager

Job Summary

Deliver strategic business insights and lead financial modeling to support corporate restructurings and investment advisory. Optimize client workflows, manage projects, engage C-suite stakeholders, and mentor junior analysts to drive data-driven consulting excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends and corporate financial data to deliver high-quality business insights for consulting clients and internal leadership.
  • Build and maintain complex financial and operational valuation models to support corporate restructurings and investment advisory decisions.
  • Evaluate clients’ workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose scalable business optimization strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure timely delivery of consulting artifacts.
  • Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations directly to C-suite executives.
  • Mentor and develop junior business analysts to foster a high-performance, data-driven team culture.

Required competencies and certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or management consulting.
  • Mastery of Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Deep understanding of the Southeast Asian financial market, corporate governance, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills to manage complex stakeholder relations.
  • Native or professional proficiency in English.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Familiarity with macroeconomic developments and financial policies/regulations in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.
  • PMP certification.
  • Fluency in Mandarin to support North Asian clients.
