Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Support regional business analysis and reporting activities across Southeast Asia operations, covering multiple countries and stations within the network.
- Analyze operational, commercial, and financial performance data to generate actionable insights, identify trends, and support management decision-making.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance business intelligence dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools using Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and Python (where applicable for data analysis and automation).
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs), including shipment volume, revenue, costs, gross profit (GP), yield performance, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct pricing, rate, and profitability analysis for air freight and logistics services to support commercial strategy and revenue growth.
- Prepare regional performance reports, including monthly Gross Profit (GP) forecasts, and management summaries for leadership review and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including country teams, operations, finance, and commercial departments, to gather business requirements and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance to ensure the integrity and accuracy of reports and analytical outputs.
- Maintain and continuously improve reporting systems, databases, and analytical processes, including automation of workflows using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Python to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and recommendations to support business reviews, budgeting processes, commercial negotiations, and strategic initiatives.
