Business Analyst (Lead), Data & Insights, Hybrid

This role focuses on driving data-driven strategy, executive reporting, and business insights to improve operational efficiency and support key business initiatives.

You will partner with senior stakeholders across regions, translate complex data into actionable insights, and contribute to projects involving data strategy, process improvement, and analytics-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze data to identify trends and support business strategy
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs for leadership
• Deliver executive-level presentations and insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data and process initiatives
• Support business case analysis and strategic projects

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and business process management
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; Tableau is a plus
