Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support Corporate Actions operations and business activities within a banking environment. This role involves working closely with business users, operations teams, and technology stakeholders to ensure smooth processing and delivery of Corporate Actions related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for Corporate Actions systems, including workflows, system processes, and operational activities
- Support daily business operations and respond to business and user queries in a timely manner
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of Corporate Action events according to operational requirements
- Coordinate client notifications relating to voluntary Corporate Action events
- Ensure accurate processing and execution of client instructions throughout event lifecycles
- Handle enquiries from stakeholders and internal teams professionally and efficiently
- Support testing activities including planning, execution, issue tracking, and validation
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and support implementation readiness
- Maintain documentation related to processes, testing activities, and operational workflows
- Support governance, risk controls, and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related discipline
- Proven experience in IT application or infrastructure development or support.
- Good understanding of operational processes, system workflows, and data management concepts
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
