Business Analyst
- Collect and analyze requirements/ feedback from clients, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features and products.
- Work closely with project stakeholders to identify and specify functional system requirements, processes and non-functional requirements.
- Write functional and business requirement documents: Create BRD, wireframes, user stories, acceptance criteria, activity diagrams and use cases.
- Communicate with the Development Team (Dev, Tester, Designer) to ensure the requirement understanding during implementation.
- Compose related documents such as: release note, user manual...
- Present ideas and features to related people.
- Join and propose ideas in the brainstorming meetings.
- Other tasks from Leader/ PM.
Must-have skills:
- 1-3 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Technical Writer
- Experience in writing technical documents.
- Good English communication skills (both verbal & written) - someone who can turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations
- Good skills in using suitable tools for business modeling, drawing business and technical flows/diagrams, creating mockups /wireframes/prototypes, etc.
- High level of analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail

- Have knowledge of blockchain and web3 technical concepts is a huge plus
- Experience and comfort in SQL; some of our charts require larger, complex queries
