Technical Business Analyst (BA)
Experience:
o Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software development environment.
o Experience working on web-based software projects.
o Demonstrable experience gathering and documenting technical and business requirements.

Technical Skills:
o Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
o Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
o Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP concepts).
o Basic understanding of database concepts, particularly relational databases like MariaDB/MySQL, and ability to write basic SQL queries.
o Experience with diagramming tools (e.g., UML, BPMN for process flows, use case diagrams).
o Proficiency with requirement management tools (e.g., Jira).
o Understanding of API concepts and how web services interact.
