Job Summary

You will lead our sales strategy and manage the BD team to drive market penetration. You are responsible for acquiring high-value clients and establishing HuitongConsulting as a market leader.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration and revenue growth
  • Mentor and develop the business development team to enhance performance and achieve targets
  • Secure strategic partnerships to expand business opportunities and strengthen market position
  • Report on sales pipeline and conversion metrics to inform decision-making and optimize sales processes

Required competencies and certifications

  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing sales or business development teams
  • 5–7 years of sales or business development experience

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Established a strong professional network within the Singapore professional and education sectors
