Job Summary
You will lead our sales strategy and manage the BD team to drive market penetration. You are responsible for acquiring high-value clients and establishing HuitongConsulting as a market leader.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration and revenue growth
- Mentor and develop the business development team to enhance performance and achieve targets
- Secure strategic partnerships to expand business opportunities and strengthen market position
- Report on sales pipeline and conversion metrics to inform decision-making and optimize sales processes
Required competencies and certifications
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing sales or business development teams
- 5–7 years of sales or business development experience

- Established a strong professional network within the Singapore professional and education sectors
