Business Development Executive (1-2yrs exp / Partnership Support / Marketing & Events Exp)

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute strategic outreach initiatives toidentify and engage prospective corporate partners for upcoming marketing and collaborative campaigns.
  • Facilitate initial introductions of collaboration frameworks, seamlessly scheduling high-value meetings for the core business development team.
  • Maintain active communication channels with prospective leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth transitions into detailed partnership discussions.
  • Drive the operational onboarding of newly acquired partners by managing essential documentation and finalizing agreement protocols.
  • Administer and continuously update comprehensive contact databases and lead tracking spreadsheets to ensure accurate pipeline visibility.
  • Provide robust administrative and coordination support to optimize the daily workflows of the broader commercial and eventsteams.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related commercial discipline.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, ideally encompassing corporate outreach, or B2B business development.
  • Exceptional organizational capabilities,demonstrating meticulous attention to detail when coordinating multiple follow-ups and administrative workflows.
  • Prior exposure to collaborating directly with campaign, marketing, or event execution teams will be viewed as a distinct advantage.
