Executive/Senior Executive(Business Development)

1. Facilitate Business Opportunities:

Plan, coordinate, and execute business delegation visits, ensuring all logistics and arrangements are well-organized.
Arrange and manage meetings between key stakeholders and potential clients/partners during these visits.
Assist in the development of business proposals, presentations, and materials required for business opportunities.
Collaborate with the Business Development (BD) team to align business development efforts with marketing strategies.
Assist in the coordination of events, conferences, or workshops relevant to business development.
Support the BD team with administrative tasks, such as managing calendars, organizing files, and preparing meeting materials.
Support BD team in coordination of client meetings, follow-ups, and ensure timely responses to inquiries or concerns.

2. Proposal and Report Preparation:

Create, edit, and format marketing/project proposals, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the company's objectives.
Generate business development reports, summarizing activities, outcomes, and future plans for management review.

3. Other Responsibilities:

Keep abreast of industry news, economic developments, and changes in the business landscape that could impact the company.
Stay flexible to take on other ad-hoc duties as required to support the overall business development objectives.

Minimum Degree in Architecture, Engineering or related discipline
Preferably with minimum 1 year of experience and knowledge in Real Estate, Engineering or Construction industry.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong command in English and Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise with Chinese speaking stakeholders.
Self-motivated, strong willed and highly initiative.
Independent, mature and steady to handle challenging situations and/or projects.
Proficient in Microsoft excel/ powerpoint.

Proficient in other software such as Photoshop/ Illustrator will be plus point.
