Business Development Executive
You will conduct ongoing market research to track regulatory developments, sandbox initiatives, and tokenization announcements across target geographies. You will produce structured, actionable intelligence reports on market readiness, key stakeholders, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities, shared with leadership and the wider commercial team on a regular cadence. You will build and maintain a prioritised target list of prospective clients. You will design and execute outbound outreach campaigns, crafting personalised messaging, identifying the right contacts, and opening doors to qualified conversations across new markets. You will engage directly with prospects through calls, meetings, and industry events to understand their needs, position your value proposition, and progress opportunities through the pipeline. You will collaborate closely with the CEO and regional leadership to prioritise new markets, shape go to market strategy, and feed intelligence back into product and regulatory positioning. You will monitor and analyse competitor activity, partner ecosystems, and relevant blockchain network developments.

Requirements
- Strong instinct for research and ability to surface actionable insights
- Proactive self starter who can work independently
- Experience in business development, market intelligence, or strategic research, ideally within financial services fintech or emerging markets
- Ability to write clearly and concisely for outreach emails and internal briefings
- Comfort engaging senior stakeholders with confidence and credibility
- Understanding of tokenization digital assets or blockchain infrastructure and eagerness to go deeper
- Thrives in fast moving environments where the playbook is still being written
- Highly organized and data driven, able to manage multiple markets and workstreams
- Nice to have: Arabic language skills or experience operating in the MENA region
- Experience with CRM tools and outbound sales tooling
