Business Development Manager (Marine & Industrial Lifting Products) [EL]
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new business opportunities within target industries.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Attend trade shows and industry events to generate leads.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
2+ years of business development or sales experience, preferably in lifting equipment, rigging, or industrial supplies.
- Knowledge of wire ropes, slings, and shackles preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and independent.
