Business Development Representative

You will research and identify potential clients, proactively reach out via phone, email, LinkedIn, and events, and nurture qualified leads for handover to Sales. You will design and run outbound campaigns, manage HubSpot and CRM reporting, leverage sales tools and AI to streamline outreach, create sales enablement content, and package market use cases to engage prospects.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients and market opportunities
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and events
  • Nurture and qualify leads and hand over qualified prospects to Sales
  • Design, execute, and optimize outbound campaigns across channels
  • Attend industry conferences and networking events to generate leads
  • Manage HubSpot and document prospect interactions and performance
  • Leverage sales tools, AI, and enrichment platforms to streamline outreach
  • Create sales enablement materials such as presentations and newsletters
  • Perform market research and package relevant use cases
  • Provide feedback to marketing and sales leadership to refine positioning

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in lead generation or business development within fintech or SaaS
  • Experience in digital assets (crypto) required
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to spot opportunities
  • Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
  • Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience using HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to implement process improvements
  • Collaborative team player
