Business Expert

Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Expert, in this role you will have the opportunity to be part of Salesforce team and be the local point of contact for user and maser data maintenance, sales forecasting analysis, and pricing maintenance. This position will also drive sales and customer management user access and data maintenance within their local organization as well as train and support end-users in process and tools.
This position is based in Polanco, Mexico City and reports to Sales Director
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

What you will do

As Business Expert, you will:

  • Understanding the Business with an end-to-end view (Carton, Processing and Services)
  • Be the primary contact and driver for the users of Salesforce system and the sales team covering the 3 businesses
  • Play a visible role within the Market Company, interacting at all levels of the company.
  • Provide sales reports for several users
  • Interact with customer experience and value selling program and drive the operational aspects
  • Super user support of salesforce general data and maintenance
  • Operational support to commercial processes like forecasting, value selling, relationship management (deep analysis, KPIs follow up, etc.)

We believe you have

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, marketing, engineering, or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of experience supporting commercial processes
  • Advanced proficiency in English is a must
  • Proven experience managing Salesforce system
  • Upper intermediate Excel skills
  • Nice to have knowledge in Power BI
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • People management abilities are required.
