Business Partner Manager
This role reports directly to the Business Development Director.
It focuses on relationship management, commercial thinking and contract execution, and working in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Projects and Operations.
The ideal candidate has experience managing B2B partnerships (landlords and concessions), possesses good business acumen, is data-savvy, and effective in balancing strategic discussions with on‑the‑ground follow‑through with high resourcefulness.

Job Scope:
Landlords Relationship Management
A primary point of contact for assigned landlord partners.
Build and maintain trusted, long‑term relationships by understanding landlords’ commercial priorities and providing reliable, high‑quality servicing.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Projects, Operations) to ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled.
Prepare and present monthly reports and quarterly business reviews to internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and campaign performance to deliver compelling value propositions and recommendations to landlords.
Managing Existing Business
Facilitate day-to-day activities, including regular site visits to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and assets’ upkeep in fulfilling contract obligations.
Train, supervise and coach junior team members to achieve response times objectives and high quality communication and work outputs.
Coordinate with Project team to ensure new media assets are built and delivered on time.
Oversee workflows and administrative processes to improve efficiency.
Be well-versed with OOH regulatory guidelines to ensure our offers are compliant with government regulations whilst meeting market demands.
Support New Business Growth
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to identify and shape opportunities to grow existing contracts and support new partnerships.
Support the Business Development Director in RFPs, tenders and contract renewals, including data analysis, proposal inputs and presentations.
Develop and refine business proposals and new product or service concepts aligned with market demand and landlord needs.
Coordinate with landlords and internal teams on the development and upgrading of media assets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Develop new business proposals including new product or service offerings in line with market demand.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
4 to 6 years of experience in strategic account management, landlord / concessions management, partnerships or business development, ideally in sectors such as media/OOH, retail property, airports/transport hubs, FMCG/retail or similar multi‑site B2B2C environments.
Demonstrated ability to build trust and positive relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders.
Strong business acumen; comfortable working with numbers, commercial terms and performance metrics.
Proven critical thinking and project management skills: able to plan, prioritize, and drive initiatives to completion.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Able to perform in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Experience or interest in Outdoor Advertising / media; prior OOH experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills; exposure to Power BI or other data visualization tools is an advantage.
Persuasive, patient and a natural problem‑solver, with a proactive mindset and strong organizational skills.
