Business Technology Administrator, Senior Associate

Core Responsibilities

1. Recommends, plans, coordinates, and obtains resolutions to production support issues. Ensures appropriate problem resolution and methodology is utilized.

2. Supports the collection, documentation, and maintenance of functional requirements and modeling.

3. Participates in the planning, execution, and documentation of functional testing results. Analyzes current procedures and workflows and develops recommendations for improvements.

4. Assists in the implementation of systems and software.

5. Assists in the development and delivery of training sessions and demos for end users.

6. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • One year related work experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
