Operations Processor, Senior Associate
Core Responsibilities
1. Serves as process owner for a functional area in processing transactions. Reviews documentation to ensure requests have been completed accurately and in a timely manner.
2. Identifies processing and workflow issues. Assists in evaluating the effectiveness of department operations by analyzing metrics and trends.
3. Prepares reports and communicates with managers regarding quality, volumes, and additional metrics. Documents and communicates effectiveness of various processes and operations.
4. Prepares and maintains control documentation for various processes which may include transaction volumes, cycle times, and outputs.
5. Serves as process owner for assigned operational processes, with an understanding of regulatory and operational control implications. Coaches and trains team members on processes, procedures, and quality standards.
6. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years related experience required. Experience in operations processing preferred.
- High school degree or GED required. Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience strongly preferred.
