Knowledge in Housekeeping, F&B, Guest Relations, and Opera PMS is highly valued.

• Knowledge of Opera Property Management System
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, with excellent problem-solving skills
• Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules, shifts, and guest needs
• Strong understanding of service standards and guest satisfaction metrics in luxury environments
